Too late to turn back now.

I am returning to San Jose Stage Company this summer through July 28th as Buck Barrow in Bonnie and Clyde the Musical.  We have shows Wednesday through Saturday nights and Sunday Afternoons.  Get your tickets here!

This show has had it’s fair share of extra curricular activities, chief among them is the resurgence of foursquare.  For those of you unfamiliar with foursquare, I do mean the playground game that we all played in elementary school.  We play a fierce version, replete with slang (streets of san jose, bear paw, ace) and a healthy amount of competition.  So far we do not have a reigning champion, but we definitely have participation from cast, crew, and stage management.  We also have representation from multiple species and the fairer sex, as is detailed in this video:

I honestly have no idea where the Unicorn head came from.  It appeared when we celebrated Courtney’s birthday in McCovey Cove on a boat!  It has since migrated to the theatre, and appears most notably in this rendition of Ted’s love lament, sung by the talented Michael Doppe.

Of course there is this promotional video (below) that I love to spread around.  I think that the author has hid it because I say that the name of the play should be “Buck the Musical”  I don’t know what it is about a beautiful summer that brings out the faux-narchist in me.
